The Pharmaceutical Technical University is a state higher education institution in the Tashkent Pharma Park cluster, Zangiota district, Tashkent region. With De Montfort University and the University of Sunderland (UK) it runs English-taught programmes in pharmacy and the life sciences.

History and status

Located in the Tashkent Pharma Park cluster created by Presidential Resolution PQ-4574 of 28.01.2020. Its operation was set up by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 263 of 17.05.2022, with the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency under the Ministry of Health as founder; teaching began in the 2022/2023 academic year.
