This document is the official proposal — a public offer — of — (—, TIN —, address: —; hereinafter the "Company") to any natural or legal person (hereinafter the "User") to conclude an agreement on the use of the MedIQ online platform at https://mediq.uz (hereinafter the "Platform") on the terms set out below (Articles 367–370 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan).

Registering on the Platform, using it or making a payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the Platform.

Current version: 2.0, in force from 18 October 2026.

1. Definitions

  • Platform — the MedIQ website at https://mediq.uz, all of its sections, its mobile-adapted version and related services.
  • User — a person who has registered on the Platform or is using it.
  • Account — the User's personal account on the Platform (login, password, profile).
  • Free plan — the basic features of the Platform, provided with limits.
  • PRO subscription — a paid set of extended features for a fixed period.
  • Course — paid or free learning material published by expert authors in the marketplace section of the Platform.
  • Expert — a specialist or organisation publishing courses or materials on the Platform.
  • Clinic — a healthcare organisation posting vacancies and internship offers in the career centre.
  • Certificate — an electronic document issued by the Platform for a completed course or contest result, verifiable by QR code.
  • AI features — the virtual patient, the AI mentor, the evidence-based-medicine tools and similar features based on artificial intelligence.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Company grants the User a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable right to use the Platform for personal educational purposes: the learning path and lessons, the 3D anatomy atlas, the virtual patient and other AI features, tests and spaced repetition, OSCE stations, MedIQ Arena contests, the glossary, expert courses, the career centre and the university catalogue.

2.2. The list and scope of features depend on the plan. The Company may add, change or remove individual features as the Platform develops; the core features of a PRO subscription are kept for the paid period.

2.3. The Platform is created for educational purposes and does not provide medical services (see section 12).

3. Acceptance

3.1. The offer is accepted at registration by ticking the box "I have read the public offer and accept its terms". Registration is not possible without it. Paying for a PRO subscription or a Course also constitutes acceptance. The learning sections of the Platform are available to registered Users only.

3.2. Acceptance means that the User has read and agrees to all terms of this offer, including the Privacy Policy (https://mediq.uz/legal/privacy).

3.3. The agreement is concluded electronically and has the same legal force as a paper agreement signed by the parties.

4. Registration and account

4.1. When registering, the User provides accurate and current information and keeps it up to date.

4.2. The Platform may be used by persons aged 16 and over. Persons under 18 register with the consent of a parent or legal representative.

4.3. One person has one account. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of the login and password and for all actions performed through the account. If unauthorised access is suspected, the User notifies support@mediq.uz immediately. An account may be used on at most 3 devices at the same time; when signing in on a new device, the User ends one of the active sessions. Sharing an account with other persons is prohibited.

4.4. For the "Clinic" and "Expert" roles the Company may request supporting documents and restrict the corresponding features until they are verified.

5. Plans

5.1. The Free plan has no time limit and includes: the 7 fundamental learning paths, the skeleton 3D atlas, 10 practice questions a day, the glossary, the drug reference, the Arena and the leaderboard. The current list of free features is shown at https://mediq.uz/pricing.

5.2. The PRO subscription unlocks extended features for the chosen period (one month or twelve months): every learning path and 3D atlas, AI virtual patients and the AI mentor, and the other features listed on the pricing page. A fair-use rule applies to the AI features. A User who verifies their account (confirms their e-mail or links Telegram) receives a one-time free 3-day PRO trial; when it ends, the account automatically returns to the Free plan and nothing is charged.

5.3. Prices are shown in Uzbek soum, inclusive of applicable taxes, at https://mediq.uz/pricing. The Company may change prices for future periods; the price of a paid period does not change.

5.4. Course prices are set by their authors and shown on the course page.

6. Payment

6.1. Payments are made through the Payme and Click payment services. The Company does not receive or store bank card data.

6.2. A PRO subscription is activated once the payment service confirms the payment and is valid until the end of the chosen period. The subscription does not renew automatically: when the period ends, the User may extend it with a new payment.

6.3. Once a Course payment is confirmed, access to its materials is opened indefinitely unless the course page states otherwise.

6.4. The payment receipt is provided by the payment service; the order history is shown in the profile on the Platform.

7. Refunds

7.1. The User may withdraw from a PRO subscription within 14 calendar days of payment; if the PRO features were not used in that time, the payment is refunded in full. In other cases a proportional refund for the unused period is considered by the Company.

7.2. A Course payment is refunded on request if less than 20% of the course materials were opened within 14 calendar days of payment.

7.3. A refund request is sent to support@mediq.uz with the order number. The refund is made by the method used for the payment within 10 working days; the payment service's fee may be withheld if the service does not return it.

7.4. No refund is made to a User whose account was restricted for violating the Platform's rules.

8. Expert courses and the marketplace

8.1. Courses are prepared and published by Experts. The Company moderates courses before publication, but the Expert is responsible for the completeness and currency of the content and for compliance with copyright.

8.2. When a Course is purchased, the Company acts as the Platform and the intermediary receiving payments; the relationship between the Expert and the Company is governed by separate terms.

8.3. The Certificate issued on completing a Course is generated by the Platform and verified at https://mediq.uz/certificates. The Expert or the relevant organisation is responsible for the CME credits and other accreditation details stated on the course page.

9. Clinics and the career centre

9.1. Clinics post vacancies, placements and internships in the career centre. By applying, the User voluntarily provides the Clinic with their profile and letter.

9.2. The Company is not a party to the employment or other relationship between the User and the Clinic and assumes no obligations under it.

10. Intellectual property

10.1. The Platform, its design, software, learning materials, question bank, cases, texts and images belong to the Company or its licensors. Third-party 3D models and other materials are used under their licences (including Creative Commons) and credited where they appear.

10.2. The User uses the Platform's materials for personal study only; copying, distributing, reselling, publicly displaying or harvesting them with automated tools is prohibited.

10.3. The User is responsible for the materials they post on the Platform (reviews, comments, profile data) and grants the Company a free right to display them on the Platform.

11. Acceptable use

The User must not:

  • hand the account to other people or create several accounts;
  • falsify test, OSCE or MedIQ Arena results or use outside help improperly;
  • use programs, bots or scripts that interfere with the Platform, or harvest materials automatically;
  • post content that is unlawful, offensive, false or contrary to accepted norms;
  • enter data into the AI features that could identify real patients;
  • use the Platform for commercial purposes without the Company's written consent.

12. Medical disclaimer

12.1. The content of the Platform, including the answers of the AI features, is provided for educational purposes only and is not medical advice, a diagnosis or treatment guidance.

12.2. Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. Decisions about real patients are made only by the responsible physician on the basis of current clinical guidelines.

13. Liability

13.1. The Platform is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation but takes measures to fix faults within a reasonable time.

13.2. The Company's liability to the User is limited to the amount the User paid in the last 12 months. The Company is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or exam and study results.

13.3. The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure (natural disasters, decisions of state bodies, failures of communication networks and the like).

14. Term and termination

14.1. The agreement is of indefinite duration from the moment of acceptance.

14.2. The User may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting the account in the profile settings; the profile, results, certificates and subscription are then deleted irreversibly.

14.3. The Company may, after warning the User, restrict or delete an account that violates this offer. Where there is no violation, the features of the paid period are kept.

15. Changes to the offer

15.1. The Company may change the offer unilaterally. A new version is published at https://mediq.uz/legal/offer with its version number and effective date.

15.2. Changes that materially affect the User's rights are announced on the Platform or by e-mail at least 10 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after a new version takes effect constitutes agreement to it.

16. Disputes

16.1. This offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

16.2. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation: a claim is sent to — and considered within 10 working days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the court of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the Company's location.

17. Personal data

The processing of the User's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy (https://mediq.uz/legal/privacy), which forms an integral part of this offer.
