Established by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 of 5 March 2018 as the Termez Branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy, in the building of the Termez medical college. Renamed the Termez Branch of Tashkent State Medical University by Presidential Resolution PQ-149 of 22 April 2025.
